Cancellations and Refunds Policy

  1. You have seven days from the date of your application to change your mind about applying to join the CNHC Register.
  2. If you do change your mind in this period, CNHC will refund your application fee, less a £10 administration fee to cover our costs.
  3. If you wish to cancel your application and apply for a refund you should email info@cnhc.org.uk, setting out your request clearly. You should include your full name, address, telephone number and any Application Number issued to you.
  4. CNHC will investigate your request and will return the monies to the same source from which they were originally taken.
  5. If your application results in you being judged eligible to join the CNHC Register, you will be asked to pay a Registration Fee, which will secure your entry on to the Register for the following 12 months. You should note that registration fees cannot be refunded.
